The average birth weight (kg/head), litter size (head/litter), weaning weight at 4 month (kg/head), average daily gain (gm/ day), body length (cm), height (cm) and girth length (cm), were 2.62?0.04, 1.06?0.24, 18.19?3.45, 133.10? 0.03, 27.14?2.78, 32.24?2.78 and 31.45?2.34 respectively. The result also indicated that maternal age significantly influenced (P<0.05) birth weight. The correlation between birth weight (BW) and body length (BL), BW and height (H), BW and girth length (GL), BL and H, BL and GL, and H and GL were 0.66, 0.66, 0.67, 0.56, 0.47 and 0.44, respectively. |

Mean numbers of allele per locus, mean numbers of shared allele per locus and average gene diversity per locus were 5.39, 2.14 and 0.6646, respectively. Polymorphism information content (PIC), observed and expected heterozygosity of SLW (0.5138, 0.5667 and 0.6344, respectively) were lower than the values in LW (0.5685, 0.5706 and 0.6943, respectively) and PT (0.5236, 0.4806 and 0.6439). Base on Nei’ standard genetic distance, there was a great genetic differentiation between SLW and the other two breeds. Similarly, individual clustering based on the proportion of shared alleles showed that SLW individuals formed a single cluster separated from the other two pig breeds. |

Mean numbers of allele per locus, mean numbers of shared allele per locus and average gene diversity per locus were 8.60, 4.27 and 0.7742, respectively. Polymorphism information content (PIC), observed and expected heterozygosity of native pig from the north (0.5630, 0.4496 and 0.6003, respectively) were less than the values of native pig from the northeast (0.7439, 0.5570 and 0.7743, respectively). Nei’ standard genetic distance between native pig from the north and native pig from the northeast was 0.5510. These results indicated that genetic diversity of native pig from the northeast was higher than that from the north. |

Results of 7-week experiment showed that there was significant effect of EM and microbial medicinal plant extract on some production performance and carcass traits but no significant effect on nutritive value of meat of broiler. |
